Meat Lasagna

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling, salted water for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
- Heat the meat sauce in another pot over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the parmesan and Italian spices
- Place three lasagna sheets in the bottom of a 33 cm x 23 cm (13 in. x 9 in.) baking dish. Cover the sheets with half of the meat sauce. Repeat this step. Place the three remaining lasagna sheets on top and then cover with the parmesan ricotta mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese has browned.
