Preparation
- In a pot filled with boiling salted water, cook the pasta al dente. Drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, mix the shrimp and scallops with the seasoning in a bowl until all pieces are covered with the seasoning.
- In a pan, warm some olive oil over medium heat. Cook the seafood for 1 minute each side. Set aside on a plate.
- In the pot you used to cook the pasta, pour in the Alfredo sauce and bring to a boil, stirring regularly. Put the pasta back in the pot and stir.
- Serve the pasta on the plates. Top each plate with the seafood preparation and chives, if desired.
