  • Saucisse italienne

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Assemble the 12 kebabs by skewering a piece of sausage and shrimp on each one.
  3. In a pan, warm some olive oil over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
