Ingredients
- 1 oz of strawberry purée*
- 3 cucumber rings
- 3/4 oz of simple syrup
- 1/2 oz of lime juice
- 4 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon
- 7-Up
*Use a commercial strawberry purée or throw 3-4 fresh strawberries in a blender
Steps
- In a Boston glass, muddle the cucumber
- In a shaker, add the strawberry purée (or fresh strawberries), red wine, simple syrup, and lime juice
- Shake vigorously
- Pour the mix into a glass. Add ice
- Top with 7-Up
- Garnish with cucumber slices
