Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay
- 1/4 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 a kiwi, chopped
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 oz of ginger ale
- Sprig of mint (as garnish)
- Slice of kiwi (as garnish)
Steps
- Using a shaker, muddle the kiwi
- Add the lime juice, ice, wine and shake well
- Sieve into an ice-filled Highball glass
- “Smack” the mint leaves in the palm of your hand and drop into the glass
- Top up with ginger ale
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of kiwi
