Ingredients
- 3 oz St. Regis non-alcoholic Shiraz Rosé
- 1 oz Ceres peach juice
- 0.5 oz grapefruit elixir by Monsieur Cocktail
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- Red plum slice(s)
- Honeydew melon, cubes or balls
- 2 oz lemon flavoured Eska carbonated spring water
Steps
- In an ice-filled old fashioned glass, add all the ingredients except the carbonated water
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Add the carbonated water before serving
