Ingredients
- 2.5 oz St. Regis non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon
- 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz of agave syrup (or brown sugar syrup)
- 2 oz of grapefruit soda
- Lime wedge
- 2 tbsp of sugar (as garnish)
- 2 tbsp of salt (as garnish)
- A pinch of powdered cinnamon (as garnish)
- Grapes (as garnish)
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon
- Use lime wedge to moisten the outside rim of a cocktail glass
- Dip the glass in the sugar, salt and cinnamon mix
- In an ice-filled shaker, add all the ingredients except the soda, and mix well
- Strain the mix into an ice-filled cocktail glass
- Top up with grapefruit soda
- Garnish with grapes
