Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves
- 4 grapefruit chunks, squeezed
- 4 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Shiraz Rosé
- 3/4 oz of ginger syrup
- 1/4 oz of lime juice
- Soda
Steps
- Set aside a mint leaf and a grapefruit wedge
- Place all ingredients in a Mason jar and shake vigorously
- Add ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a mint leaf and a grapefruit wedge
