Ingredients
- 4 oz of St. Regis Brut (or fill the glass to 3/4)
- 3/4 oz of pomegranate syrup*
- 10 pomegranate seeds
* You can purchase pomegranate juice or press a pomegranate using a lemon press, and mix 2 parts juice and 1 part sugar according to quantity required
Steps
- Pour the St. Regis non-alcoholic Brut into a wine glass
- With a spoon, slowly pour the pomegranate syrup into the wine glass by holding the spoon against the glass so the syrup settles to the bottom
- Add a few pomegranate seeds
- Garnish with mint leaves
