Here’s a recipe for quick cinnamon buns the whole family will go crazy for! Let the sweet scent of raisins, cinnamon and walnuts fill every room of your home!
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar with the raisins, cinnamon and butter.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, 40 cm x 30 cm (16 in x 12 in). Spread the raisin mix onto the dough.
- Roll up the dough lengthwise and cut the roll into 12 slices.
- In a greased baking dish, 33 cm x 23 cm (13 in x 9 in), place the slices side by side. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven. Top with sauce (see recipe below) if desired.

Maple Walnut Sauce
In a pot, bring 125 ml (½ cup) maple syrup to boil with 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar and 250 ml (1 cup) chopped walnuts.
