- 4 pineapple chunks
- 4 maraschino cherry
Preparation
- In a shaker, put the ice, rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Shake vigorously.
- Pour the content of the shaker into four glasses. Add the Ginger Beer.
- If desired, garnish each glass with one pineapple chunk and one maraschino cherry.
