Ingredients
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz.) dark chocolate (70%), cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) sugar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) flour
- 4 Cadbury Creme Eggs
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
- Generously grease 4 ramekins.
- Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie water bath.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Add the flour gradually.
- Fold the egg mixture into the melted chocolate. Stir until batter is smooth.
- Divide half of the batter into the ramekins. Insert a Cadbury Creme Egg in the centre of each ramekin and cover with the rest of the batter.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
