Preparation:
- Prepare each of the puddings in separate bowls with the milk, following the instructions on the packaging.
- Add the pecans to the caramel pudding bowl.
- Fill popsicle moulds halfway with the caramel pudding and add the vanilla pudding. Sprinkle the popsicles with maple sugar chunks.
- Place the popsicles in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, until they are fully frozen.
