Crepe and Fruit Skewers With Chocolate Yogurt Dip

Crepe and Fruit Skewers With Chocolate Yogurt Dip

Do you go crazy for crepes piled high with fruit? Why not reinvent this old favourite on skewers, with a chocolate yogurt sauce for dipping—it’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • Crêpes
  • Fraise
  • Kiwis
  • chocolat au lait
  • Yogourt grec à la vanille

Also needed

  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk

Optional

  • 1 clementine

Preparation

  1. Roll the crepes up and cut them into slices, about 2.5 cm (1 in.) thick.
  2. Cut the strawberries in half. Peel the kiwis and cut them into large pieces. Peel the clementine and separate the slices, if desired.
  3. Thread the ingredients onto the skewers, alternating with the crepe rolls and the fruit. Set aside in a cool place.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie water bath, without stirring.
  5. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the milk. Add the melted chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon until evenly mixed.
  6. Serve the skewers with the yogurt dip.
