Easy Almond Brownies

Also needed
- 125 ml (½ cup) butter, softened
- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Use an electric mixer to beat the butter with the sugar until it is thick and creamy. Incorporate the vanilla extract, then the eggs.
- Add the flour, cocoa, salt and melted chocolate. Stir with a wooden spoon.
- Add the almonds and transfer the batter to a non-stick pan. Smooth out the top of the batter.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Remove from the baking dish and cut into squares.
