Easy Almond Brownies

Easy Almond Brownies

Ingredients

  • Chocolat noir
  • Extrait de vanille
  • Farine
  • Poudre de cacao
  • Amandes

Also needed

  • 125 ml (½ cup) butter, softened
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Use an electric mixer to beat the butter with the sugar until it is thick and creamy. Incorporate the vanilla extract, then the eggs.
  4. Add the flour, cocoa, salt and melted chocolate. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  5. Add the almonds and transfer the batter to a non-stick pan. Smooth out the top of the batter.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Remove from the baking dish and cut into squares.
