Ingredients

  • Chapelure de biscuits secs au chocolat
  • Crème glacée érable et pacanes
  • Chocolat de type Toblerone
  • Crème à cuisson 15%
  • Noix de Grenoble hachées

Also needed

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) butter, softened

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the baking crumbs with the butter.
  2. Line a 20 cm (8 in) square baking dish with plastic wrap and spread the cookie crumb mix along the bottom of the dish, pressing down.
  3. Cover the cookie crumb mix with the ice cream and smooth out the surface.
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Melt the chocolate with the cream in a bain-marie over medium-low heat. Let cool on the counter. Pour the chocolate into the baking dish and smooth out the surface. Sprinkle with walnuts. Place in the freezer for another 15 minutes.
