- 60 ml (¼ cup) sugar

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the white chocolate with the butter over medium-low heat in a bain-marie water bath or the microwave.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour and stir. Incorporate the melted white chocolate and raspberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm (8 in.) square pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Drizzle with vanilla icing for decoration, if desired.
