Ingredients

  • Chocolat blanc
  • Beurre
  • Oeuf
  • Farine
  • Framboises

Also needed

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) sugar

Optional

  • Vanilla frosting, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the white chocolate with the butter over medium-low heat in a bain-marie water bath or the microwave.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour and stir. Incorporate the melted white chocolate and raspberries.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm (8 in.) square pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Drizzle with vanilla icing for decoration, if desired.
