- 2 eggs
- 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) of vanilla
- 10 ml (2 tsp) of baking powder
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with 250 ml (1 cup) sugar and the vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the butter.
- In another bowl, mix 430 ml (1¾ cups) flour with the baking powder. Add to the first bowl, alternating with the milk.
- Mix the strawberries with the rest of the sugar and flour.
- Grease 8 ramekins. Divide the strawberries into the ramekins, and then pour the batter over the strawberries.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
