- 45 ml (3 c. tbsp) olive oil
Preparation
- Oil your grill and preheat to medium-high.
- Season the filet mignon steaks with the steak spices. Lightly press the spices into the steaks so that they remain on the meat.
- Place the steaks on the hot grill. Close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side for rare.
- Add a slice of cheese on each piece of steak and cook for 1 minute, until the cheese is slightly melted.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil and herbs. Brush the steaks with the infused oil.
