Ingredients

  • Filet mignon de boeuf
  • Épices à steak Mélange costaud El-Ma-Mia
  • Fromage à pâte demi-ferme affiné en surface
  • Estragon frais
  • Persil frais

Also needed

  • 45 ml (3 c. tbsp) olive oil

Preparation

  1. Oil your grill and preheat to medium-high.
  2. Season the filet mignon steaks with the steak spices. Lightly press the spices into the steaks so that they remain on the meat.
  3. Place the steaks on the hot grill. Close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side for rare.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on each piece of steak and cook for 1 minute, until the cheese is slightly melted.
  5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and herbs. Brush the steaks with the infused oil.
