Salisbury Steak

Also needed
- 1 egg
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
Optional
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the beef with the breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form 4 patties, each 2 cm (3/4 in.) thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side and then set them aside on a plate.
- Brown the onion in the same frying pan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving if desired.
