- 15 ml (1 tbsp) canola oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 60 ml (¼ cup) milk
Optional
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
- Add the bacon and onion. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce, parmesan and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
- Serve with the pasta and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
