- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

- 15 ml (1 tbsp) garlic, minced
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with the egg, oats, zucchini, thyme, and garlic, if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form 12 balls with about 45 ml (3 tbsp) of the prepared ingredients for each.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the balls for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them occasionally, until cooked through.

Harissa Yogourt Sauce
In a bowl, mix 180 ml (¾ cup) plain yogurt with 5 ml (1 tsp) harissa, 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh chopped cilantro, and 5 ml (1 tsp) minced garlic. Season with salt, and stir.
