Easy Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • Poitrine de poulet
  • Assaisonnements à fajitas
  • Tomates en dés
  • Croustilles de maïs
  • Fromage tex-mex

Also needed

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) parsley, chopped

Optional

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Cook the chicken for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Add the diced tomatoes and parsley. Bring to a boil and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Place the tortilla chips in a baking dish and add the chicken. Cover with cheese.
  4. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes under the broiler.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving if desired.
