Also needed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

- 80 ml (⅓ cup) cilantro leaves
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the red cabbage with the lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes in a cool place.
- When you are ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the tilapia fillets with the fish and seafood seasoning.
- Place a non-stick grilling sheet onto the preheated grill, and arrange the fillets on the sheet. Close the lid and cook the fillets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the fillets from the BBQ and break them up into large pieces.
- Grill the tortillas for a few seconds on each side while the grill is still hot.
- Top the tortillas with the tilapia, red cabbage, avocado, and cilantro, if desired.
Serve with
Spicy lime mayonnaise
Mix 125 ml (½ cup) mayonnaise with 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice and 10 ml (2 tsp) chili powder. Season with salt and pepper.
