Ingredients

  • Nouilles au riz
  • Crevettes
  • Sauce pour Pad ThaÏ
  • Pois mange-tout
  • Poivron rouge

Also needed

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) canola oil
  • 1 onion, chopped

Also needed

  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) peanuts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  1. Soak the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Sear the shrimp and onion for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the pad Thai sauce and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the drained noodles, sweet peas, pepper, and peanuts, if desired. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the green onions and the cilantro before serving, if desired.
