This pizza-style spaghetti squash is so good and is made with 5 ingredients, in 15 minutes!

- 1 large red onion, sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and strands.
- Place the squash halves on a baking dish, flesh side up. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the flesh of the squash shreds easily with a fork.
- Remove the pan from the oven and shred the flesh of the squash with a fork.
- Top the squash halves with meat sauce, green pepper, pepperoni and red onion. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
- Brown the cheese under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes.
