- 5 ml (1 tsp) garlic, minced

- ½ jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 60 ml (¼ cup) sour cream
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the pork tenderloins on a hot, well-oiled rack and close the lid. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, turning the tenderloins from time to time.
- In a bowl, mix the diced tomatoes with the cilantro, lime juice, red onion, garlic, and jalapeno pepper, if desired.
- Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into strips.
- Top the tortillas with pork, salsa, and avocado and sour cream, if desired.
