Sausage meat and zucchini quickly soak up the flavour of a delicious tomato broth!
Also needed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 250 ml (1 cup) chicken stock
Optional
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 oregano, sprig
Preparation
- Remove the casing from the sausages.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the sausage meat for 2 to 3 minutes, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.
- Add the vegetables for spaghetti sauce and the zucchinis. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, cream of tomato soup, stock, and herbs, if desired.
- Simmer over medium-low heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
