- 5 ml (1 tsp) of cinnamon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of butter
Steps
- Whisk the eggs together with the milk in a deep plate.
- Mix the brown sugar, the sugar and the cinnamon in another deep plate.
- Dip both sides of each mini naan in the egg mixture and then the cinnamon mixture.
- Melt 15 ml (1 tbsp) of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook half of the naan bread for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with the rest of the butter and naan. Serve immediately.
