Guacamole
- Serves 500 ml (2 cups)
- Prep time 10 minutes
Also needed
- Salt to taste
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
- Use a blender to puree the avocado flesh and lemon juice until creamy and evenly mixed throughout. Pour the puree into an airtight container. Add the rest of the ingredients. Set aside in a cool place.
